The team

Our strength is our people.

Behind every completed project stands an experienced team of engineers, architects, project managers, technical specialists and construction workers. The combination of technical expertise, a practical approach and good coordination allows us to take on complex, large-scale projects with confidence.

Every team member works with clear responsibility for the process, the deadlines and the end result. This organisation helps us minimise risks, respond effectively to change and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

What we do

The company’s activities cover all the main stages of the construction process:

• Architectural works
• Electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations
• Finishing works
• Full project management
• Monitoring and quality control

We offer complete solutions — from planning and organisation to a finished building, ready to be put into service.

How we work

Major investors choose a partner who can manage risk, meet deadlines and keep constant control over quality.

Our strength lies in a well-built project structure and in the alignment between the office team, the engineering staff and the construction sites. We work with clear processes, effective communication and daily coordination between everyone involved in the project.

We approach every project with attention to detail, cost control and flexibility when changes arise, without compromising on quality.

We deliver on time – regardless of the project’s complexity.

Why choose us?

Clients choose us because we build with experience, responsibility and consistency.

We understand that every construction project is a serious investment that requires trust, professional management and precision in every detail. That is why we work with a clear goal – to ensure high-quality workmanship, a predictable process and a result that meets the investor’s expectations.

“ZITAS ABASTROY INVEST” Ltd. is a partner that takes responsibility – from the first stage of the project to its successful completion.
